Delighted to have had the honour of meeting with the new Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Ken Wood. We had an engaging discussion on how we can support each other and local charities across Birmingham, which is one of the seven boroughs in the West Midlands, of which I am the High Sheriff.
The Lord Mayor’s passion for public service is truly inspiring, and his love for Birmingham shines through in his support for local sports, the performing arts, and community engagement. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the Lord Mayor and his team to bring positive change and make a lasting impact in Birmingham.
