As High Sheriff of the West Midlands, I had the pleasure of attending the launch of Solihull St John Ambulance Network. This event sees the merging of several units into a single cohesive network.
The SJA have an army of wonderful dedicated volunteers. I am very lucky to be supported by two Cadets across my shrieval year.
The launch event was a great opportunity to engage with Solihull and the wider community. It was very special to be held in Solihull library and to be able to demonstrate some of the vital life saving techniques they use.
I am excited about the future of the St John Ambulance Solihull Network and the positive impact it will have on our community.
