As High Sheriff of the West Midlands, I had the privilege of visiting the West Midlands Police Training College at Tally Ho in Edgbaston. The team provided a compelling insight into the work that takes place at their facility.
It was very interesting to have a tour of the training facilities and to see firsthand how our officers are trained ready to serve our communities. During my visit I met some exceptional staff who are responsible for developing the next generation of police officers.
The highlight of the day was the awards ceremony they held where twenty two people from the Training Unit of the West Midlands Police were recognised for their outstanding contributions. Thank you to everyone at Tally Ho for the impact they are making in our community here in the West Midlands.👏💙
