Day 3
The third and final day of thevisit to the Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre (BCFJC) focused on interactions with the Tribunals Leadership Judiciary, shadowing a tribunals hearing, engaging with the Tribunals teams. The day aimed to provide insights into the tribunal proceedings and operations at the centre.
Throughout my final day:
- Engaged with the Tribunals Leadership Judiciary to discuss tribunal operations and procedures.
- Observed a tribunals hearing to understand the tribunal proceedings and case management.
- Spent time with the Tribunals teams at the Lewis building to observe their operations and support services for tribunal cases.
