I had the pleasure of attending the Community Friends Session at the Manor Farm Centre on Wednesday and delivering a keynote speech to sixty attendees. This session was hosted by Manor Farm Centre and brought together individuals connected to the Voluntary, Community, and Faith sectors, including volunteers, paid staff and representatives from statutory organisations.
The gathering was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the diverse initiatives happening in our community. It was inspiring to see so many passionate individuals dedicated to promoting their services and activities.
Thank you to the Manor Farm Community Association for hosting such an engaging event. I look forward to seeing how these connections evolve and further contribute to our community. Today’s event was social cohesion at its very best.
