I am proud to recognise Daisy West for her outstanding contributions as a Cadet Operational First Aider with St John Ambulance. Daisy has consistently attended numerous events, providing vital support and treatment to those in need while efficiently managing necessary administration. In 2024, she dedicated over 100 hours to both local events and larger duties, such as offering first aid at New Street Station. Her calm and professional demeanor under pressure, even in serious situations, showcases her remarkable dedication to helping our community. Additionally, Daisy has played a key role in our community education program, training others in effective CPR.
Her commitment to service at such a young age is truly inspiring, and she embodies the spirit of compassion and leadership that we value in our volunteers.
