I was delighted to return to the Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre to present to the Regional Civil Orders team with a High Sheriff’s Award.
The team have come together to improve the performance of Civil orders across the whole of the Midlands region. The team has been assembled from members of staff with a variety of experience and from various locations and have not only achieved a marked improvement in the processing of orders, but also focused on improving the timeliness of the experience of the court journey for Court users.
Since its formation the Hub has completed over 5,000 Orders and reduced the average age of Orders from over 30 days to less than 10.
