[Hannah Fisher]

Hannah Fisher, Head of Intensive Supervision Courts at HMPPS. Hannah has been instrumental in establishing the model here in Birmingham. Her constant communication with stakeholders ensures that the pilot is on track and running smoothly. Hannah, your passion and commitment to this work are evident and deeply appreciated.

[Women’s Centres]

A special thanks goes to the women’s centres, Anawim and Black Country Women’s Aid. These centres have provided essential support, allowing the pilot to operate from their premises. They’ve created a stable, comfortable environment where women can engage with various agencies.

Their New Chance workers, Rachel Hall and Kudzai Mushambi who have been actively involved in the review hearings and assessments from the very beginning. Your commitment to this pilot has not gone unnoticed.

I want to recognise Ashley Smith and Rebecca Highton from the Mental Health Team, who have worked under immense pressure yet continue to provide a high standard of support.

Edd Robinson and Zena Cusack from CGL who have played a crucial role in offering substance misuse support, going above and beyond to assist the women in our program.

[Jack Tracey]

Jack Tracey, who represents the OPPC within the Birmingham ISC pilot. Jack has been a driving force in establishing the need for a Women’s ISC and ensuring its ongoing success. His passion for securing better outcomes for women in the criminal justice system has been vital, and his efforts in fostering valuable partnerships are commendable.

[Activity Hub]

Run by Ingeus, the Activity Hub increase effective engagement with mainstream or core services and provide safe, supportive and welcoming spaces for offenders to access tailored support, advice and guidance, and interact with positive roles models and peers at a similar stage of their resettlement journey.
