Shaz Saleem
Shaz has been exceptional in serving his community. Shaz has taken part in many projects on behalf of the Saleem Foundation – a charity set up in memory of his late grandfather Master Saleem. Shaz is a community champion raising thousands for Lekhumia Unit at Russells Hall Hospital by taking part in a 15,000 ft skydive. He has also taken part in a bungee up raising funds for Blood Cancer. On an annual basis Shaz takes on the mighty Ben Nevis raising funds for multiple charities such as Dementia UK, Papyrus and much more.
More locally Shaz is an advocate for his community supporting residents with local issues and aiming to make the community a safer place to live in. Shaz has said up Kuppa Club for residents to socialise over a cup of tea & cake, Neighbourhood speed watch in collaboration with the local policing team, Litter pick group, annual talent show for youngsters and a successful youth club within Kingswinford to name a few.
Shaz has produced short films raising awareness of domestic violence an bullying.
