I had the pleasure of meeting up with Rob Lake, the Director of the Albion Foundation at the Hawthorns today.
The Foundation does some fantastic work with a range of different people from the local community who have a variety of physical and mental challenges, and it was great to learn of the successes of the Blind and Powerchair football teams. I was also encouraged to learn of the work being done in support of Looked After Children.
The work falls in to the three broad categories of W-ell being, B-ehaviour change and A-ctive lifestyles.
I was really pleased that I could be accompanied on this visit by my assistant Natalie who has been a season ticket holder at the Baggies for over 20 years and is incredibly proud of the work that her club does.
