As High Sheriff of the West Midlands, I was honoured to host lunch at Fazenda Birmingham to celebrate the 50th anniversary of High Sheriffs in our region. It was a unique opportunity to bring together former High Sheriffs and distinguished guests who have all played a vital role in shaping the legacy of this esteemed office.
The afternoon was a joyous occasion filled with camaraderie and shared memories as we reflected on the significant contributions made by High Sheriffs over the past five decades. It was inspiring to hear stories of service, dedication, and the positive impact that our collective efforts have had on the West Midlands.
We also took this opportunity to highlight the work of my charity of the year, @ Kids Village.
I am grateful to all who attended and contributed to the success of this milestone celebration. To mark the occasion I presented every previous High Sheriff with a commemoration framed print.
