I was delighted to be invited to record a radio show to be broadcast by Switch Radio on Christmas Day.
The Christmas Crackers is an initiative that has been going for a number of years and various civic leaders are invited in to record a one hour programme which features 10 of their favourite songs. I also had an opportunity to talk a little bit about my life story, as well as explaining a little more about the role of the High Sheriff. I even managed to plug the opportunity for people to volunteer to be Magistrates.
The show went out from 2.00pm – 3.00pm on Christmas Day and my family insisted on listening during the consumption of our Christmas Dinner.
