As we approach the 8th Anniversary of VE Day, I was very pleased to be invited to a Concert for Peace at Dudley College organised by Rose Cook Monk.
The evening comprised an entertaining, but thought provoking combination of music and dance and there was a particular focus on those communities from Commonwealth countries that had fought and made the ultimate sacrifice during the 2 World Wars and which are represented in Dudley today.
