I had a most enjoyable morning in Birmingham with members of the Romanian community from across the West Midlands who were holding a conference to discuss entrepreneurship.
As well as sharing my reflections on useful networks within the business community and potential sources of funding, there was also an opportunity for me to highlight the urgent need to recruit Magistrates across the County which reflects all of communities and the opportunity for people to volunteer to take on this crucial role within the Criminal Justice service.
