I was delighted to attend the AGM of Growth Path Services in Erdington and present certificates to a number of the critically important business partners as well as to the trainee of the year.
Growth Path Services does great work with young people form 16 -29 who are not in Employment, Education or Training and gives them a structured pathway to gain work experience and recognised qualifications in the construction and gardening sectors.
The Chief Executive Anya Sanchez reported on the activities being undertaken and highlighted the excellent outcomes being achieved, most notably that 74% of people completing the course are in employment or formal training within 6 months.
