I was delighted to attend a Charity Dinner in connection with the Lord Mayor of Birmingham’s Mayor making which was jointly hosted by the incoming Lord Mayor Councillor Zafar Iqbal and the outgoing Lord Mayor Councillor Ken Wood.
The Dinner was held to support the Lord Mayor’s Charity which supports a wide range of charitable organisations across the city.
I look forward to working with the new Lord Mayor on areas of mutual interest during my shrieval year.
