I enjoyed a lovely morning in Halesowen attending the Annual Open day for the St John Ambulance branch where my Cadet Charlotte is based.
Demonstrations, Practical workshops and Fundraising ( primarily through the sale of cakes – I contributed ! ) were the order of the day and it was so encouraging to see all the Cadets and Badgers talking so enthusiastically about the enjoyment they get from learning and applying such vitally important skills.
