It was a privilege to visit Holy Trinity Church in Sutton Coldfield and to enjoy a fascinating and welcoming tour of this historic church.
I am particularly grateful to Church Warden Stella Thebridge for her generous time and for sharing her incredible knowledge of the church’s history, architecture and role within the local community. Her passion and insight brought the story of Holy Trinity to life and made the visit especially meaningful.
It was also a pleasure to see Revd Canon Becky Reeve during the visit and to join her in appreciating the importance of the church as a place of worship, reflection and community support.
I was delighted to be welcomed by the Mayor of Sutton Coldfield, Councillor Dr. Nitish Raut, and to share in conversations about the church’s significance and its continued role at the heart of local civic life.
Holy Trinity is a remarkable building with a rich heritage, and it was a privilege to learn more about its history and to see first-hand the care and dedication that sustains it for future generations.
My sincere thanks to everyone involved for such a warm welcome and an enlightening visit.
