I was delighted to visit Sense at TouchBase Pears in Selly Oak to learn more about the work that they are doing in music, art and drama to enrich the lives of the many disabled people with whom they engage.
I have already seen how much enjoyment, as well as the strong sense of achievement, that both the children and their families get from these activities and it was pleasing to learn that the highly innovative approaches that are being adopted are being recognised and supported by the Arts Council
