I visited the wonderful WAITS charity based in central Birmingham to learn more about the critically important work that they undertake in support of vulnerable women in our County.
Ther range of services offered by WAITS includes Domestic Abuse assistance, Refuge Accommodation, Community Integration and Volunteering and Influencing.
It was so powerful to see the underlying philosophy of the Charity which is to empower Women to achieve their goals and gain independence, free from the threats of domestic abuse.
